OK, so I am this West Coaster/San Francisco yuppie type, who was looking to rent an RV from the Four Corners, and take a trip out of Durango and head to Moab. I knew absolutely nothing about Garrick’s, but put a reservation in off the Web/telephone some 60 days prior. So, the day of the reservation, I drove an hour South from Durango and rolled along dirt roads in Aztec, NM, eventually finding Garricks in what seemed a desolate area. The remoteness of the area was disconcerting, I’ll have to admit… but I got out and walked in… Garrick and his wife were… simply AWESOME. Kind, knowledgeable, and forthright people. They knew EVERYTHING about their rentals, and were informative, helpful and supportive both before, during and after the trip. Their rates were fair. Their guidance about what to expect, dead-on. Anyone looking for an RV in the Four Corners area — please do consider this family-owned establishment. They are of the highest character, and are trustworthy of doing business with. I will certainly be back for my next trip.
