They were great the man was very nice and helpful. He seemed like he knew a lot. When we left we realized we didn’t get the game we were supposed to get but we got an empty box. We went back in and told him when happened and he was happy to help instead of just saying«too bad you already left» or something like that. We ended up finding the game and was totally pleased with his kindness. Store was clean and organized unlike some game stops. Thank you

This Gamestop has been here for around 10 years and for good reason. The customer service is gracious and, unlike most stores, help to make sure you leave with an answer to your problem or gaming needs. I remember it was 5 minutes before closing and they helped me, regardless, to make a return because they care.

I had seen a used Wireless XBox controller online which was available at this GameStop. I placed a hold online, entered my e-mail & phone number. 3 hours later after running my errands, I drive up to Azusa from LP/Whittier area to pick up the controller. The store manager tells me, «oh, we don’t have that. The post was originally for a different item, but it had the wrong pic. We sent you an email. We have other used controllers.» Seriously!!! Like I check my e-mail all the time while I’m driving around town. Hmmmm,…they couldn’t call me??? The site did request my phone number. I walked out without spending any money there.

I came to this gamestop because the game stop i went to in glendora did not have the game i was looking for the worker at the glendora store was very nice and helpful i wish this store would have had the game so i would not have had to write a bad review so i made the 15 mile trip to azusa since it was the only store which had the game in the surrounding area when i first got to the store and approached the counter there were 2 fat guys which one of them seemed to be the manager that would not stop talking to the other co worker i waited about 2 mins before finally being asked what can i do for you i asked for the game which had been placed on hold as he reached to grab the game he began yapping again he then proceeds to ring up the game when i tried to ask a question about the game he puts his finger out in front of him which is the universal sighn for wait a minute what they were talking about was irrelevant and could have been put on hold untill after serving me his customer service skills are really horrible in comparison to many other game stop employees and i am a hard core gamer which i have been to many gamestops last time i come here even if they are the only store nearby that has the only available copy next time i will try wal mart or target if my original gamestop does not have the game in stock

Great GameStop. Been here a few times and the staff is great. The Assistant Manager Mike is really helpful. Always answers my questions and is a professional!
