Hillside Grounds

Came here for breakfast, missed their ham and egg sandwich by 5 minutes (darn!) because they stop serving it by 9:30am. Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with tomatoes instead and it was tasty. No unusually spectacular ingredients and I’m sure you can order just as good of a sandwich somewhere else but its convenient because its easy to stop by before classes. I would suggest giving yourself a good amount of time when you come here though because whether its packed or empty, it always seems to take a little while to get your order. Also, they have a great tea selection. I got the green and it was just as good as I would expect!

this coffee shop is within APU and is the main place to grab a cup of joe when you’re on west campus. the place has quite a variety as far as the menu is concern. they’re all about the equal exchange and fair trade coffee so you can find that there. they also serve panini sandwiches, ice cream, smoothies, and other bakery items as well.
not a bad place to stop if you need a quick pick-​me-​up on campus.
