This place deserves NO STARS! On 9÷16÷2013 we ordered a baby shower cake… what we picked up two days later was terrible. Not only did we go to what we thought was a professional business to receive a professional cake (Juanas nephew is taking cake decorating classes… really) (she also said she is in the «hair business» maybe that is where she should stay) at the cost of $ 72 but had to deal with terrible customer service and questionable management. Juana who first said she was the owner heard my complaint and offered to refund all money provided if I bring back the cake. She kept changing the meet time since the company closed early that day… the next morning she refused to return any monies stating now she is only a cashier and refused to give the name of the owner but than gave me a last name. We took the cake back anyways and let them know they lost a customer. So much for trying to support a small business, we went to Costco and received professional service and a delicious cake for less $ 18.
