Babylon Crepe and Pita Grill

Excellent food and service. The crepes and hummus were excellent. Would highly recommend.

i have been ordering delivery from here for some time now. Tonight as the last time for me. Poor quality compared to every other order. Missing food, no consistency with prior quality, and no concern for them when asked to make good on the money spent.

Cannot handle delivery orders. I placed an order for delivery it took close to an hour an a half and that’s after I called twice checking to see what the hold up was. I live just a mile away.

Brand-​new restaurant. Used to be Acropolis. 100′ from the LIRR.
Pita Side: lamb gyro, chicken gyro, Burrita Pita (seasoned ground beef with rice, cheddar & Jack cheeses, tomato, & sour cream)
Crêpe Side: Nutella, bananas, strawberries, peanut butter, chocolate chips, vanilla crème
Cleanliness — clean but could be just a little cleaner
Staff — Extremely friendly and accommodating
Flavor — the grilled chicken on my salad was delicious
Prices — very reasonable. lunch for two was under $ 20.

Had two crepes… One savory, the apple bottom, which was good… And one sweet, the Babylon, which was ridiculously insanely delicious. Recommend it highly

So me and my chick came here tonight and I have to say we were both incredibly surprised!
We were craving some crepes and we remembered that we had a groupon for this place.
Let’s start here. The staff was very kind and FAST. We had our food in record time. Good thing because I was HANNNNNNNGRY, and only some
Crepes could calm my barbaric 199bpm heart rate and prevent me from turning into the Incredible Hulk.
I had the southwest bbq chicken crêpe and my boo has the goat cheese and fig. Both were so unbelievably good and we couldn’t believe it! The waitstaff and chef asked us a few times if we were enjoying our food. We stared like pensive gorillas who feared their bananas would be stolen.
Actually we said it was great. It’s hard to come by good service like that.
Now for the big surprise. We orders some sweet potato fries. Yknow… Something to have on the side to share. GOD DARN IT. Those were the real all star. Great flavor and crunch, not greasy. And that SAUUUUUUUUCE they came with??? More fire than Kanye’s new mix tape!
Basically we’d come back.

Unfortunately their «grilled chix» isn’t great quality. Very brown looking and even. Grayish color. It’s too bad because the salads are very good. But I won’t order the chicken again.

Bad Bad Bad. First time I ordered was last night. Their fancy menu for ordering was the only thing fancy about this place. Ordered a bowl entrée with quac, lettuce tomatoes and cheese. Ordered some fries and a salad to test the food … Wow. First of all the food came cold… The cheese was cold and all stuck together. Which meant they made the food and let it sit on a counter until it was cold. Eating cold meat and soggy lettuce isn’t appealing. The fries wEre ice cold s d the salad was awful. I would never eat from this place again. Not to mention after I ate it… I had a stomach ache for hours afterwards. It was horrendous food. Tasted spoiled and sour. Yuck!

My Husband and I have been meaning to try this place for awhile, today was the day! Sorry to say we are not fans. First we are told we have no apples, hello it’s apple season everyone has apples. My Crêpe was ready 10 minutes before my husbands. I was half finished before he had his and our tea and coffee, his coffee was cold. My crêpe which was strawberry and blueberry on the inside was cold. My husbands wasn’t bad but also cold. We’ve always had crepes hot, and believe that’s the way they should be! The plastic utensils rolled up in a cheap napkin on the table was awful! There were quite a few salad and lunch pitas on the menu which we won’t be back to try, but if your a crêpe place then pay more attention to making them the best they can be, also they say they are a breakfast place but they don’t open til 10 for teenagers that’s great, but for the 30 and older crowd that’s a bit late!

Just had a lamb gyro platter with my son. The food was great, the portion was huge, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was fast. They took the time to show us how they make their crepes as we waited for our order. I’m almost sorry I ordered the gyro because the crêpe looked amazing and had a heavenly aroma. At least we have a reason to go back… and we will go back.

Wish I was able to actually try the food but the young staff decides to lock the doors 15 minutes before the closing time. My boyfriend and I heard about the crepes and rushed over making in there by 9:15 thinking we could grab a quick crêpe TO GO before they close. As soon as the young staff saw us they ran to the back hiding. Their friend (not an employee) was in there goofing off. He came to the door and said sorry their closed. I let him know it was only 9:15 and he responded «oh I dont work here» I never complain but this was absurd and if I was the manager/​owner I would defiantly want to know this. So if anyone wants to try this place just know they close whenever they feel like it.

Newly renovated and just opened with new owners, this place features crepes and pitas. I had the Spinach Delight crêpe and it was delicious. Great little restaurant!
