Captain Speedy’s Express Fishing

Well I’ll start off with the good: the boat was clean, there were nice facilities, and what seemed like the captains apprentice was very nice.
The bad: we should’ve realized that this was a bad choice when only 6 other people showed up to the boat, and when the mate told us about the pool and said «if no one catches anything I’ll just raffle it off». The captain was breathing down our neck every time we would stop to fish. He stood on the top deck telling us to let more line out, or that we had to pick our poles up higher. I’ll always accept help but this guy was just condescending. The mate seemed completely uninterested in us, we had brought our friend with us and she didn’t know how to fish and she almost dropped her reel, which would understandably make anyone upset, but she didn’t drop it and he seemed completely uninterested in any of our group for the rest of the trip. The boat also advertises that they fish for multiple fish but after no one catching anything for a few hours, and no bites other than crabs, we still didn’t get the chance to change what we were fishing for. Someone caught a kepper bass, and a few fluke were eventually reeled in, but no keepers. Overall the boat advertises more than it really offers

The boat is family oriented, clean and has plenty of room to fish or just relax out on the water. The best in Captree Fishing.
