Reviewing a funeral home is not something I would ever imagine myself doing, but credit must be given where it’s due. It’s the best way I know how to say THANKYOU for showing me and my family kindness and compassion during the hardest time of our lives. This review is mostly based on our experience with Jennifer after a sudden, unexpected passing of a close family member. She was our main liaison who walked us through the entire process from start to finish. This chick was so bad ass, she even drove the hearse to the church. Did I mention she’s ridiculously beautiful and her fashion sense is impeccable? Not important, but something worth noting. Jennifer was there from 8am to the last viewing where we left around 11pm, assuming she closes down the place and was prob there til after midnight. She went above and beyond to make our final goodbyes meaningful by always reminding us to take our time because«you only get one shot». You meet people like Jen only a handful of times in your life and it takes a special kind of person to dedicate their lives to this profession as it’s certainly not an easy one. Here’s to you, Jennifer — I know he picked you for a reason. Thank you for your warmth, your genuine understanding, inspiring words of consolation and hope and simply for just really caring about us. Our conversations are something I’ll take with me and keep in my heart forever. A million thank you’s wouldn’t be enough. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have been blessed with having your hand to hold through such a difficult time.
