Ooh La La

Overpriced, rude and very snobby staff. I wouldnt spend a dime in such a negative pricey store ever again! Let down. They act as though they are selling Versace, PLEASE! Get over it!

What’s not to love? Cute little shop in Bab Village (they have other stores too — Rock Centre, Huntington, Long Beach) that I like to visit. They have a nice selection of clothing — I’m a fan of the «Freeloader» brand, very comfy cozy oversized shirts perfect for the fall/​winter weather. The girls working here are always very friendly, and they offer fun promotions. Recently, they had a «find the emoji ghost» during Halloween and I scored a free winter beanie hat! Yay! I’m a fan of the Spring Madness when they open their doors at 6am for great deals, and a midnight madness sale I think in December… but shhh, don’t want too many people to know this secret! :)
They also have cute little items for gift giving, jewelry, etc. If you’re in a town that has an Ooh, you need to pop in and pick up something for yourself. Tis better to receive than to give… oops, I mean… well, you need a present for shopping for everyone else, right? And Ooh probably has it.

This little Babylon boutique is adorable ! I came here on a mission to find this sweatshirt which they had and I was so excited! They had numerous other things as well. They also have cute, thoughtful gifts for special people in your life which I love. The store has an eclectic assortment of clothing which will meet the needs of any stylish girl. They have crazy sales too so don’t miss out! The salesgirl was very helpful and so nice. She even made suggestions of things I might like and she was spot on.

Terrible customer service! I purchased a pair of shorts there in a medium because there was no smalls in the store (no one even offered to check if there was a small online they could send to me)…long and behold I go home and check online and there is a small online so I purchase it and wanted to wait until the pair of shorts came in before I returned the original medium pair… the delivery took 5 days and the small ended up being a better fit… when I went to go return the medium they originally wouldnt return them because it was 1 day over a week and after arguing they would only give me store credit… pretty crappy when I spend hundreds of dollars there on a regular basis and had 2 of the exact pair of shorts.
That incident annoyed me but didn’t deter me from buying their clothes until the most recent situation… I purchased 600 dollars worth of clothing and 10 days later went to go return one thing from the purchase and ooh lala wouldn’t even give me store credit! The girl was rude therefore I will not be giving my business to them any more… will be going to a great boutique called Pandemonium down the street with way better service

I can’t say enough about how much I love this place. I’ve been frequenting here since they opened, and even more in the recent years. It’s a teeny boutique shop, but they have so many cute things that you can’t find elsewhere, and if they don’t have your size, they do have an online store available as well as other locations scattered throughout Long Island.
The girls are always super helpful when you need, without hovering over you when you’re trying to shop.

Ooh la la has great fashion that you won’t see on everyone else and reasonably prices. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They were happy to help once you were in the dressing room. The store was clean and easy too shop.
