I had the pizza burger special at the Bagley hotel. The salad was average (fresh) but the burger was great and the fries tasted superb! The pumpkin desert was an added bonus that was delicious. Price was for lunch was 6.50. Would recommend the burger for sure!

Met a few friends in Bagley for lunch on my way to Belmont. A nicely maintained 100 yr old building in a very small town, typical of the driftless region of SW WI.
They have a few beers on tap, and a full bar. My friends’ review of the bloody marys was that they were ‘ok, but not great’.
I had a mushroom and swiss burger — toasted bun, good cheese, but lukewarm canned mushrooms. Still a pretty good burger, for five bucks. Can get waffle fries or regular fries with garlic seasoning — go for the garlic, they are pretty good.
Had a grandpa/​granddaugher serving team, she clearly wasn’t old enough to serve drinks and had to call grandpa over to get me a beer. Nice folks, real friendly service. I’ll drop in again if I find myself in the area.
