We hired Troy Heineman after firing our first contractor. We were sorry we did as we interviewed several other contractors that could have finished our project. Troy delayed our project due to another project running longer than he expected and lied to us, blamed us for the delays, underbid the work by 50% and then told us to deal directly with his subcontractor to work out the bill. To say he is unprofessional would be an understatement. What I can tell you about our remodeling experience is just don’t do it. Sell your house and buy something finished.
