This is a lovely gallery and they have a great selection of artist work. There is amazing jewelry, handcrafted and unique works. There is pottery, small and large sculpture, paintings, glassworks, and my favorite interactive moving sculptures. I am not a big shopper, but I really enjoy just walking through Bainbridge Arts and Crafts, interacting with the staff and looking at the beautiful art.

This is one of my favorite galleries and a destination when I visit Bainbridge Island. The ladies are so friendly and helpful, I could spend hours looking through all their treasures! Extra thanks to Sara for helping me replace one of my lost Shirley Moss earrings! Definitely a must stop if you are looking for something special for yourself or someone else!

This is our family’s preferred art gallery in Bainbridge. If we had the money, we’d seriously purchase multiple art pieces here. Funny, how hubby and I don’t often agree on art, but in this gallery, we always find 5+ pieces we’d kill to own, and we’re in agreement on those pieces! The artwork veers to the contemporary here, but they run the gamut from moderate realism to extreme abstration, in mediums from pottery to oil painting to glasswork and jewelry to woodwork. While recently here, we saw some amazing kinetic metal sculptures that knocked our socks off! And there was a painting, oh, how I wanted. People were oohing and ahhing around some smaller wooden miniatures, but we instead gravitated to a substantial circular glass artpiece by the front of the store/gallery. There is a lot here to take in, and I think most people would be easily tasked to find items they find appealing and/or intriguing. And all pieces have a distinct Northwest vibe, and Northwest history to them. Pricey? Sure, but this is an art gallery, after all. They do carry smaller items, like unique artisan glass nightlights, handpainted goards, handmade contemporary resin keychains, etc., all very reasonably priced. But the one-of-a-kind artwork is, well, one of a kind artwork, and as far as art pieces go, those here are priced competitively. The gallery has a fine website which I checked out. They offer classes and have calendars of events. If I lived on the Island, this would be a regular spot for me. What a wonderful resource for art-lovers!
