Barbi’s Bird House

Barbi is absolutely fabulous, we brought home our little Quaker baby last night and we couldn’t be happier. We are truly blessed to have stumbled upon Barbi’s Bird House!

What a fantastic place for anyone who loves birds as companions! These folk love birds and they aren’t afraid to show it– the perfect place to purchase a bird, or to re-​home a bird you do not have the ability to care properly for (for instance, I found a parrot on the side of the road and never found his home. He was lovely and beautiful and friendly… but I just wasn’t at a point in my life in which I wanted a bird! Barbi and Road helped me with that!)
Pros?
–MORE TOYS THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE, at prices far below that of any pet store
–Hand fed and raised birds, that will be very lovely companions
–A very high rate of finding homes– especially for the number of birds they have on their hands at one time
–Knowledgeable and patient owners, perfect for raising birds
–Barbi knows more than most about diet and training of companion birds
–Plenty of cages for sale
–Organic bird food galore!
–This place requires that the bird chooses the owner, not just the other way around :-)
Cons?
–I can’t possibly think of a single thing that makes this place less than 5 stars. Not one.

Barbi is the coolest, sweetest, most wonderful bird lover ever. She has the best knowledge on any type of bird whether you’re a first time bird owner to an advanced one. Her selection of birds is amazing and they’re in very good shape, health wise. She’s a very trust-​worthy breeder and is very straight-​up and honest. For example, she will not sell you an advanced bird such as an African Grey to a first-​time bird owner. Another example, which happened was I was looking for a cockatiel and she said told me she that she wouldn’t recommend a few, which were the ones I was actually interested in. Mainly because I’m not to good at birds and that I never had a cockatiel before. Her selection of bird products and toys are wonderful. She has the best food such as Volkman and very healthy snacks. Even if you didn’t buy your bird from her, but has questions, she’s more than happy to answer and talk to you. If you’re looking or interested in a bird, Barbis the best and I highly implore anyone to talk to her first. She is appointment only.
