Eve was a miracle-​worker. I am the first to admit that I am a picky person, and was overly paranoid as a first-​time home buyer. Eve was gracious and made me feel comfortable right away. She was patient wtih my husband and I, showing us nearly every house on the market. When we had decided on a house (a shade over our price range), we came in to sign the papers, and she stopped us. «Let me show you one more.» I was pretty set on the expensive abode, but humored her nonetheless. Of course, she was right. It was the PERFECT house for us. Much more character, a bit cheaper, and exactly what we were looking for.
Through the entire paperwork process, I was (again) overly paranoid and dominating. She was (again) gracious, patient, and full of information. I would recommend Eve to anyone looking for a home on Bainbridge. The woman has a sixth-​sense when it comes to real estate!
