First let me explain that my issue is not resolved but it really does not matter the team and I do mean the team at Go2marine is the most dedicated group of customer service people I have ever, and I mean ever encountered. First some background; My Hynautic helm reservoir sprang a leak and I opted to use Go2marine to replace it. The Hynautics solution proved problematic from a number of perspectives and the Go2marine team including the head of logistics went the extra-mile to get some of the most competent people at SeaStar Hydraulic’s to contact me and work out a solution. I cant say enough about their dedication and their customer service and support. Boats are tough they help make it easy. Thank you to the entire team. Bob Stern

I buy a lot of marine products, from several online dealers, as I have been refitting a sailboat for the last 3 years to sail around the world. I have bought several products, at very good prices(the lowest on any of the items I have bought from them). I have never had any problems with their service or any thing else for that matter. Just today I realized that an order I placed yesterday afternoon, for a Caframo fan(Taku — they had the best price — and free shipping), was not going to fit my overhead hatch. I called them the next morning and asked them to hold the order, while I confirmed the issue with the manufacturer. I then called back and canceled the order. They were gracious and helpful, as they have been in the past. I highly recommend them, and will most defintely buy from them again.

I don’t think 15 days to get a small circuit breaker is good customer service. Apparently the item was on backorder but I was never told that. When tracking my order their system gave a date as to when it would leave their warehouse even days after the supposed date. A «contact us» email went unanswered, and then my order disappeared from their tracking system. A phone call provided no accurate info, and then I received an email that the item had«arrived to» their warehouse on 5⁄1 and would be shipped on 5⁄5. Wow, do they think this is good communication and service?

The product sent to me was half correct, even though i confirmed parts over the phone. Delayed installation. Called them and they did not want to make things right. Luckily it wasn’t a big purchase. They lost a customer.
