If you even remotely like your clothes, don’t take them to this place. My husband and I routinely had clothes damaged by this business and the other business which (at that time, at least) was owned by the same person — Crystal Cleaners. When we tried to communicate with the owner she refused to respond. I finally wrote her a letter threatening legal action — that got her attention but she was still rude. Seems rudeness, like other stuff, rolls downhill here.
I work in Seattle, so I take my clothes to Queen’s Cleaners on Taylor in Lower Queen Anne. Simply the best dry cleaner I’ve ever encountered

The folks here are always friendly and fast. When I’m trying to catch a ferry or just get home already, they get me out the door with haste. They’ve never failed to remove the stains from my ties or the BO from my jackets. ‘Nuff said. They also did a nice job on my wife’s favorite alpaca blanket.
