Called for my Stella which they are a authorized dealer. I needed parts. Standard everyday replacement parts. I called they said they would call me back with the specs for the parts and price… Never did. When I called back they offered to order the parts on a guess, I said I better check to which he replied that yeah maybe you should to avoid the 10% restock charge. I should have known there.
I called back with the right part specs and ordered the the part over the phone. So far we are two weeks in.
Two and a half weeks later. I received the parts. Two of which I did not order. One of which I know cost them 17 dollars. The other on line cost 46 dollar. I figured go thru the dealer and avoid the mess ups. The shipping on the box was 5.20 cents.
My bill was for $ 146.13.

I don’t mind being charged but for shit service, stuff I didn’t ask for, at their convenience and sooooooo over priced. 60% on part and no service. I’m glad I didn’t ask them to do anything.
