McDonald’s

This franchise owned McDonald’s was a nice visit today. The store was clean and inviting. My order was taken quickly and was served fast. Just what I expected from a fast food place.
I wish that the staff had been friendlier. I’ve been here before and been greeted when I came in. That was not the case today. This is an easy thing to do and I hope they get back to it.
Overall fast service but lacking the friendly side.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And there’s no other one in town I can go and enjoy this one has horrible customer service and even worse food

RIP OFF!!! The famous Mcdonalds $ 1 sweet tea is a southern staple, except in Bainbridge. My order was taken by a friendly staff member, but when I was told the total for the order (expecting the usual 1.08) 2.18, imagine my surpise. I was told by a very sympathetic manager that this was a corporate decision, and they were a franchise store. Enough said. I went so far as to call the 800 number and was patronize by the woman who answered phone, as she explained the concept of franchises to me (WHAT!!!). I just needed to make note of this, that the stores around this area are owned by the same company. So with franchise laws fresh in my mind, I advise you to keep going, because the $ 1 is in the next county. Make a point and let these folks choke on their extra dollar, as it will never come from me again, and hopefully everyone that reads this. Good luck franchise store!
