This company has the utmost professionalism. The owner, Quinn, thoroughly explains what each service he provides includes. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He provides several services which include, but are not limited to, chimney sweeping, dryer vent cleaning, and fireplace cleaning, etc. His prices are reasonable and competitive. He is very organized and I could tell he had been in this line of business for a long time. He came to clean out my dryer vent. He diagnosed my problem just by listening to what was going on. I have a brand new dryer, but my clothes weren’t drying. He cleaned my vent and tons of lint came out. He explained to me the fire hazard and maintenance requirements of having a dryer vent that comes out of the top of our roof. We’ve never owned a home with that type of vent. He explained to me it needs to be done every two years for my household capacity and will even send out a postcard reminder. I was super impressed with him and his service.
