We hired Robert from Arthur Air to install the a/​c in brand new home. Never never hire this company. They totally messed up the installation. The calculated the installation so wrong that we have no air in half of the house and other part of the house is loud when the AC is on. and when we tried to call him he would not return our call. Finally after so many attempts he showed up than he tried to completely not take responsibility. I could not believe the unprofessional of Robert. Now we are stuck with his horrible installation and he refuses to fix the problem. He says he can not fix the problem. He knew all along that he messed up so bad that he tried to avoid us at first. Now we have to hire a completely new company, re open and tear down walls and pay thousands of dollars for his mess. This is 100 percent true story word by word.

Honest, fair pricing and personalized service — NOT an «easy to find quality» in businesses anymore. I used Arthur Air and I recommend it to anyone in the Bakersfield area.
