Horrible service. My order was lost twice and I had to keep following up make sure it was processed. When the order was complete the wrong prescription was made. I attempted to explain the situation calmly with the owner but he replied upset and then began to curse as if I did something wrong. His actions were borderline racist.

I love the customer service here. Although not initially overwhelming personable, they step it up where it counts: finding the perfect glasses for you. They have gone above and beyond to find me the frames that fit well, are comfortable, and attractive. They have remade lenses when needed, adjusted my frames, and done minor repairs… all at no charge. I have used them for years, and several family members do so, now, as well.

I’ve worn glasses since I was in the second grade, and since day one I’ve been harsh on my glasses and they are always there for adjustments and repairs! Every time I come here I always leave with a smile on my face! Of all the places, this is my favorite.

This place is AWESOME!!! I had a bad experience with another store and came here for assistance. They fixed my glasses in less than 30 minutes, and the prices were MORE THAN fair… I couldn’t be happier. This will be my go-​to place for all my optical needs.

This buisness hands down is the best place to purchase glasses in town, for years I have been comming here and everytime I go in im treated like a genuine customer, not a number. The staff is alwauys courteious fun and helpful. There may be other places a little cheaper but you get what you pay for and with this buisneess you get 110% of what you pay for. I would highly reccomend this buisniess to anyone and everyone I know. Keep up the good work…

I initially went to Bakersfield Optical to have my son’s glasses repaired. It’s been about two months and the cauterizing is in great shape. He had stepped on his new metal frames while running around. The service was done the next day, cost us only $ 20.00 and it is cash only for repair work.
Currently I am in the process of selecting new frames. Sharon, the owner, told me to take home as many frames as I liked to try on and take home over the weekend. That is a first for me and is making the decision easier. Many dispensers of eye wear are eager to sell, sell, sell and keep you in store. This is not so at Bakersfield Optical; they want a happy customer.
