Scheduled and appointment for 12:00 noon. Called office at 12:15, said they were running late. Called agin at 12:40, said they forgot to put on the schedule. Said they were on their way. I said if they are not here by 1, I am canceling. Received call at 1250, that they could not make it by 1. Therefore I canceled!

My carpet had not been cleaned in the 5yrs my wife and I had been in our new house, and we thought the carpet was to dirty to do anything with other than replacing it. Best Carpet came in and did an outstanding Job and save us thousands of dollars on new flooring.

George followed up a couple times to confirm the appointment time and the day of two gentlemen from best carpet cleaning showed up a few minutes before the appointment time. They were done with my love seat and rug in 30 minutes. They both look great and I’m very pleased with the price of $ 95. I will definitely be using them again for my carpet/​upholstery/​tile cleaning needs.

I have a 2yr old and a 5yr old. I have Best carpet clean my carpets at least once a year. They’ll even pull out and clean my area rugs! Wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

I have been using Heaven’s Best Carpet cleaning to clean the carpet at my office for 6 years now. They do an outstanding job. Very professional. The carpet is not sopping wet when they get done like the other guys. I highly recommend.

Very fast, friendly, efficient, timely, polite. I have my first house and needed a professional carpet cleaning (first time). I called Best because it came up on Unilocal.The phone call was professional and friendly, the appointment was made 4 days later, the staff was perfectly on time, the work was done very quickly, there was no doddling or speaking in a language I didn’t understand (which is rude as a customer). Will use them again.

This company was my second choice to clean my carpets but after the first company failed miserably to show up I decide to give them a call. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon no one picked up the phone but then five minutes later they called me back. I discussed with the person on the phone how many rooms I needed cleaned and they gave me an estimate of roughly $ 115. They said they would be there on Friday around 12 –1230 and call before. Come Friday they call right around 1145 and show up 15 minutes later. They were here for about an hour and a half and cleaned three bedrooms and a hallway. After they were done they gave me spare booties to wear if I need to get on the carpet because it would be drying for the next three hours. I briefly looked back and saw that the carpet looked very clean. A couple hours later I decided to look at the rest I couldn’t believe how great of a job they did. I had some major pet stains and they got them all out. The carpet looks brand-​new. This company is very professional and very timely. I really appreciated that how quickly they were able to make an appointment and then how well they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Very professional. I asked for a protectant. Too much was put on and it wouldn’t dry after multiple days. They made it right. The owner came out and cleaned it again.

This is an excellent carpet cleaning company with friendly, personable staff and unbeatable prices. We had some pet stains and odor in our carpet and Best Carpet did a very thorough job in cleaning it. The carpet looks as good as when we first moved into the apartment! We are thrilled with the results and prompt service. George was able to get somebody out on the same day I called and the cleaning process was fast with minimal disturbance to our lives and our pets (we have 2 cats). They were also kind enough to provide some styrofoam blocks to keep our wood furniture (table legs) from staining the carpet after it was cleaned and needed a little time to dry. I highly recommend this company!
