Bill Ray Ceramic Tile Center

I did not end up buying my tile from Bill Ray but they were very helpful and have a large selection. I would return if I have another project.

I have to agree with Nikki C — even though some time has passed since her review, we did not get the best service either upon entering or leaving. That is until about 40 minutes in and browsing on our own that Victor came over and offered us assistance. Really nice guy. He even organized the business cards I helped myself to from the wall for tile installers the way he thought would best suit us. We did not even know there was a huge outside tile viewing area until he took us out there! These stores have to know that if customers are not so much the contractor types, it may be the first time into the store for many… and first impressions do count. I want to spend my money where customer service is top notch start to finish and not just in the middle. Is was Friday afternoon and we were about the only people in there!
That said, the selection here was pretty good and we may not have to go anywhere else for our tile needs. (My faves were the Spanish tiles and sooo many beautiful back splashes) The store was quite large and very clean.
I wish I could comment on pricing but did not get that far yet — I do hope it is on par at least with other places before we embark tomorrow on our first tile project.
UPDATE — went back the next day (Sat) and what a difference! We were greeted and helped immediately and throughout. We chose our tile, this time were offered samples to take home (small deposit required) and we are on our way with our projects. I would recommend to all to go on a weekend when more people are working.

These guys have been so great to us! They never even flinched when I told them I was looking for Spanish tile for my wedding day centerpieces. When I told them I needed 20 different styles and one in a large size with 6 smaller ones they got a box and started helping my mom and I. I mean it’s not like this was going to be a huge sale for them, but they still acted like it mattered nonetheless.
We later went back and bought beautiful large plank tile that looks like wood. They informed us which grout color would be best with it. And, they guy explained he had similar in his house and loved the look and durability. I cannot tell you how much this tile is complimented on in our house. I love the look and it’s so easy to clean.
This place is the real deal. Good service, wonderful advice, huge tile selection!

Incredibly helpful staff had no problem answering questions and gave great tips for tiling. There was also a great selection on tile for all parts of your home.

Came in here to look for bathroom tiles as we are planning to redo our shower. The staff here were rude and wouldn’t help us. We left.

Lots of different designs, colors. Nice, helpful service.
They had a lot more 4×4 tiles with designs a few years ago as opposed to now. Sales rep said they did not sell so cut back on that.
