I’ve only been to his spin classes, but I LOVE that I can pop in for a $ 5 hour long amazing workout with no membership fees. He has classes every day of the week at different times(reservations required during the week!). The hour flies by as you sweat it out to awesome music that gets you in the zone. Try it!

I’ve had other trainers in the past and can say with confidence that Joe Peterson is an amazing trainer He takes time to listen to your goals and helps craft a training session customized for you. He’s also fun to work out with. He knows how to push you and help motivate you for that one last push up, curl, sit up, or whatever else you are working on. It’s never to late to start working on your better body. I highly suggest you stop reading this recommendation and call Joe right now…

I found this place through Sheryce’s Unilocal review, and thought it’d be a great place to check out. I equipped myself with water bottle, hair tie, and a friend. To my surprise, the registration table already offers water bottle and hair tie(and I’d assume Joe would be your friend too if you asked :). Joe is very friendly, offering my friend and I extra assistance due to our bicycle novice status. He helped us adjust the seats and taught us proper technique before beginning the session. Then, the lights dimmed and the music began. The cycling class is like clubbing on stationary bikes! I had a blast dancing and cycling with the direction of Joe. I had a great work out, a pumped attitude, and a soar butt– all for the steal of $ 5. Thanks Joe!

$ 5 a class for what is undoubtedly one of the best workouts in town – SPINNING! Joe Peterson hosts, runs, and trains people for spin classes, bootcamps, and personal training. He owns a cute little studio downtown, where the sweating goes down! I haven’t been to the other classes, but I can vouch for spinning. For five whole dollars you can rock out, sweat a ton, burn lots of calories, and have fun doing so. It’s intense, but you get used to it. Check it out if you want to try something different and switch up or start your workout routine. For spinning, I do recommend you invest in some padded bike shorts. They make all the difference… TRUST me.
