Cafe Crepes

Wow!!! I had the chicken pesto panini (I’m a sucker for pesto) and a strawberry, Nutella, banana crêpe OMG!!! Delicious!!! I definitely recommend both. There is very limited seating, this wouldn’t work out for bigger groups than 4 people.
Bad: Table cloth was a little dirty and my soda cup had some soda residue on the outside as the cups are next to the soda machine, all the other cups were clean, just the one I grabbed was first.
I could certainly ignore these 2 «bad» things for some very delicious breakfast.

Okay crepes. Nothing stood out to me in particular but I enjoyed my meal. My order was a little slow considering I was the only order but overall would stop by if I was in the area. Not the best crepes I’ve ever had but not bad either.

Love this place! They have great service and food! I love how small and cozy it is! Be sure to try the strawberry Nutella crêpe and chicken panini!

I enjoy the crepes here. The taste and texture is fluffy and light. I enjoy the fruit and Nutella crepes. The salmon crepes are also excellent. The garden has a nice feel. The service is decent. They keep it minimal. The ingredients are quality. They have a good range in selection of both desert and savory lunch crepes. Overall good experience here, although parking can be difficult.

I don’t even like crepes and I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake crêpe. Its a little expensive, but well worth it! I would recommend! The Only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the server brought me the wrong crêpe at first!

Came her on a Saturday since we were at a cheer event at robonank arena. It’s literally across the street so it was super convenient. I ordered a chicken pesto panini and it was delicious. It came with a small green salad and vinaigrette. My husband ordered a ham and cheese crêpe and he wasn’t too fond of it. It had deli style ham and he was expecting more of «natural thanksgiving kind of ham». Our friend also ordered a panini and hers took way longer to get to out table. They said because it was a panini it was taking longer even though I had gotten mine 15min before she did… The outside seating area was nice and peaceful. I’d go back again for the chicken pesto panini and maybe a desert crêpe. The only con was the long wait my friend had to wait for the same panini I also ordered. Service wasn’t the friendliest but not the worst.

The food was really good l had the green eggs and my wife had veg omelett. Both tasted great and the deco was up to par nice. The music awesome and service was nice not to loud will most definitely come back hope to try something different

I’ve been wanting to try this adorable, hidden spot for a few months now and finally got the chance. The entrance is to the left, don’t get confused by the other two business entrances (which are all kind of stacked on top of each other space-​wise.
The seating area is very small. One larger table with seating for about 4 – 6 and a couple 2-​seaters. Also, the bathroom is hanging out, open, right in front of you as you eat!
I have to say, I wasn’t a fan of the savory crêpe! I’ve never had one before, but I thought I’d try it out. I ordered a Smoked Salmon crêpe with a side salad (other option was potatoes) plus a Lemon Delight dessert. The crêpe felt too dense for my liking. The fillings were mild, not very flavorful.
The dessert crêpe was pretty good! It was a lemon custard with blueberry sauce and garnish. I ate almost the whole thing.
My coworker got clam chowder, a mango smoothie and a dessert strawberry, banana & Nutella crêpe. The bananas tasted a little too ripe (you know that taste!) and the strawberries were almost not ripe at all (light in color and crunchy).
All in all, it’s a cute place and should be tried once, but for the $ 17 price tag (that’s without a drink), I won’t be making this a regular stop.

Awful what happened here? Goop for hollandaise, dirty tables everywhere, and so so so rude. Use to bea favorite, so sad.

I’d say 3.5 stars today. Service was quite fast this’s time around! I had a turkey marmalade crêpe so I could step out of my panini comfort zone. It was ok, but I prefer the panini better. Potatoes were good but a tad undercooked. The place is still cute and quaint, clean, and friendly..

I really enjoyed the Green Eggs & Ham crêpe. The pesto was amazing. The side of potatoes were undercooked.
The seating area is located directly next to the bathroom, which is a little off-​putting, so we sat outside.
Service was very quick and the cashier/​waitress was very nice.
Looking forward to coming back to try the sweet crepes.

The food here is absolutely delicious!
The crepes, clam chowder, smoothies, and everything else i’ve had has been amazing.
The café itself is super cute, but doesn’t have a lot of room. I personally like to sit outside if the weather is nice enough.
The service is okay, but nothing special.
If you’re a fan of crepes, you have to check this place out!

This place is is easy to miss but hopefully you don’t. It’s in a small little area and the food is great!

My teacher bestie and I took our former students here and we ended up having a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We never felt rushed. The food was fresh and appetizing. The beverages are great! The décor is lovely.

First time coming here for breakfast, very nice atmosphere you forget your in Bakersfield. Food was delicious, service was great, I would definitely come back!

I went with my wife on Saturday morning, we were the only customers to our surprise.
We had salmon crêpe and veggi omelette. And we finished with the s’mores crêpe which was delicious, we had to add $ 1 extra of Nutella because there wasn’t a lot. The salmon crêpe was ok but my wife didn’t like her omelette, They serve breakfast till 11:00 only. It’s a tiny lovely place. We sat outside, but there were some flies that bothered us.
It is a hidden place so look for the enterance on the side street.

Been here a few times and would still come back. The first time I went was with my girlfriend for lunch. We were both impressed with the crepes we ordered and loved it. Went back a couple more times and brought my family and they also love the food! The place is cute and love the peacock and Paris theme (my daughter most especially loved it!).
Café Crepes is located at the cottages across the street from Rabobank Arena. It was the old Jags Coffee House. Place is very small but they also rent the place on the other side of the cottage they are in so they open that side for more seating and there is patio seating too when they get busy. So far I’ve been lucky to get great tasting crepes. I love the Chicken Pesto and Chicken Florentine crepes. My favorite on the dessert crepes are the Strawberry, Banana & Nutella! I’ve recently tried their Smoked Salmon and Philly Steak crepes… both are delish!
The place is open everyday but only until 2pm everyday… would be nice if they are open for dinner too!

I love this place! The food is delicious. The place is cozy with french décor. Price is very affordable. 3 major things I consider in a restaurant.

I’ve loved this place since they were at their old location on Brimhall and Calloway. The new location is convenient if you are downtown, but is kinda small. Their crepes are delicious. My personal favorite dessert ones are the Nutella with banana and the Nutella with strawberry and banana. They do also have great lunch/​dinner meals. Personal favorites: chicken pesto crêpe and Chipotle chicken panini. All of those are served with potatoes.
My only thing is I wish they were open longer. Still great though.

Talk about diamond in the rough! This is a great spot to eat if you’re at jury duty & don’t want to drive anywhere. It’s tucked away in a Spanish style building complex so it can be a doozy to find, but honestly it makes me feel like I’m in Europe, not Bakersfield, so it’s worth it!
Even though I came during lunch, it wasn’t at all crowded. There was one other couple that was there when I got there and other couple that came in as I was finishing up. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious. I had a cheese pesto panini with some iced coffee and it hit the spot. I got a hot chocolate to go (because that’s how I roll), and that was amazing as well.
I would love if this place had a sofa chair or something to lounge & read a book. I could spend hours here!
