Don’t live here. My friend who also lives here was driving in and was stopped and questioned by the cops because someone was killed right outside the apartment complex. As a medical student I had one of my patients say that he had PTSD because he saw someone get murdered in that same apartment complex. There are lots of drug dealers that congregate in the court area. There are tons of cats that walk around and tons of frogs from the month of March till about October. I had an issue with a broken sprinkler hole and the manager said that she would fix it but never did. I don’t mind the neighbors because I was rarely home but when I was the walls were so thin that you could hear everything that went on… Everything. If you are a student and want to risk your life with something cheap go ahead. But if you have a family I don’t recommend it. They were also really shady about the moving out process.

Don’t sign a contract with them. Worst place to live. As soon your contract is over. They send you to collection and they don’t tell you. Also if you put a deposit they will not give back. Be careful with this place bunch of lies veronica.

Lived here from August 2012-​September 2013. Hated living here, well it was bearable. The neighbors were ok… no huge complaints. There were alot of cats!
We had a 10-​month lease, we were planning on leaving as soon as contract was up but had a hard time finding anything better in Bakersfield.
