Code 3 Uniforms

Horrible customer service, no professionalism, nothing is ever in stock, nothing is never on time of the due date for uniforms to be done, it’s always days after the initial date of completion. The only uniform shop that I was ever pleased with was VIP uniform. Uniform company’s come and go here in Bakersfield and they all seem to be ran the same way.

Just left Code 3 very angry. I brought in a uniform jacket to get patches sewn on. When I called the store they said it would be ready that day around 1630. When I came the next day they informed me that it wouldnt be ready until 4 days later. Then why did they tell me that day or the next? When I brought to their attention the misinformation they just told me what the ticket said. No apology or anything! I understand there are mistakes in business, but when you deny and don’t apologize it really upsets me!

Just went here for the first time. I normally went to Hopes Uniform for all of my uniform needs, but I really got tired of their wait time. Everytime I went to Hopes, I would have to wait 3 – 5 days for my uniform to get tailored. Thats if they actually got it done on time. There has been many occassion when they did not have it ready at their promised time.
In hindsight, as I am typing this, I don’t know why I put up with Hopes Uniform for so long. Im sure I just stuck with up due to comfortability and familiarity.
Well, long story short, I got a hole in my pants, and I needed a new one before I worked on Friday. I decided to check out Code 3 uniforms as I was around the area and heard of the place from coworkers.
I found my size instantly, and the front lady guided me to the back to try my pants on. I needed the pants hemmed, and Maria was waiting for me to get it hemmed.
Heres the best part… As Maria was finishing up the measurements of the pants, I casually asked when I could pick my pants up. Keep in my mind, with my experience with Hopes, I was expecting 3 – 5 days turn around time…
Maria replied «today if you want…» I paused for a second in confusion. «She must’ve misheard me» I thought. I nicely repeated the question, and Maria once again replied «Yeah, later today. Of if you’re busy, early tomorrow morning.»
HOLY SMOKES. Same day turn around time? Nice tailor lady named Maria? Good location with decent prices? Wish I found this place earlier.
Needless to say, this will be my new go-​to uniform shop.
