I had called to make an appointment to clean my carpets in my 1 BR apartment, 2 weeks ahead of time. The guy I spoke with was very nice and told him we’re getting ready for our baby. Then the day that they were gonna clean the carpet, I ended up calling to find out they totally had forgotten and tried to reschedule. Then they called my husband (due to me staying closer to the hospital) and tried rescheduling with him. The only reason why I’m giving 1 star is because the technician that they sent out, worked his butt off to make sure the carpet was cleaned (my husband told me). So we were very disappointed in the service, that they actually forgot that I had scheduled them

Cole’s Carpet Care is great. He is very professional and does an excellent job at getting carpets clean along with being very Punctual and honest. I highly recommend!

My tenants were very impressed with your response time and great results… The insurance agent gave your company a very good compliment and wished more of her claims would have had Coles Carpet Cleaning and prevented bigger loss and damage because of sitting in water… You were at our house removing the water within 30 minutes from the first call and it was after hours on a Sunday!!! Your the Best! Thank you so much!
