It’s funny you mention the sprinkler system, the truth behind that is that you were forced to repair the sprinkler system or be shut down by the fire department.
As far as the staff, you are right, you do have an excellent staff who do care about the seniors and yes that is why they are there because they sure aren’t treated well by management. As far as management you couldn’t be more wrong. Most of them only care about a paycheck and a free place to live. While working there I survived numerous sets of «managers» until the last set who were horrifying people. I watched them intimidate employees and seniors as well and when I reported it to corporate it was ignored, and I was not the only employee who witnessed it or reported it so I’m glad, if true that you are FINALLY listening. But it’s easy enough to find out, you see I did and still do care about the seniors and I can just ask them. What a concept huh?
