CVS Pharmacy

Have called the store numerous times in the past 25 minutes and no answer; not very happy about that.

The worst service in Pharmacy ever. Always late on providing service, always out of medications, and the staff is incompetent. Waste of precious time to deal with them over and over. Today was the final straw, I was told at 2:00 medication was ready to refill just needed docs approval, received approval & go by to pick up at 4:45 they inform us they are out of the medication, then find out 20 mins later the med has been discontinued and need doc approval to substitute, guess what Friday afternoon & doc is now closed. It’s convenient to work, but we will be going elsewhere from now on. So incredibly frustrating!

Before I start my review, let’s go over the definition of «customer service»: «Customer service is the act of taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met.»
Now that we have that out of the way, I can continue. The customer service, or lack there of, of this establishment is awful. I just visited today and was treated like absolute garbage by every employee. I picked out my items and proceeded to the register. The woman at the first register barks at me, «I CAN TAKE YOU». Oh, alrighty then. I put my stuff down and she barks again, «CVS CARD!!!»… Uh, sure. At this point I’m annoyed because her entire demeanor is rude, snobby, and not caring at all. I paid for my items and she didn’t say a word. I said «uh where is my bag???» She proceeds to raise her voice, «you can pick it up right there». Where? Oh, that’s right, on a shelf that is not within arm’s reach.
How hard is it to hand a bag to a customer and say «have a nice day»? You don’t have to be sincere. I don’t give a flying elephant if you hope I have a miserable day, but you can at least properly do your job as a «customer service rep». This is the general demeanor of most employees at this location, with the exception of Flo, who I am unsure is still there or not.
Awful experience. Will never return.

Only been here once. They had exactly what we needed. The pharmacist answered all our questions politely and informatively. The other two staff members we came across were nice and helpful as well. Store was clean. No complaints from me. Would not hesitate to go here again if needed. By the way, they are open 24 hours according to the sign on the window.

First of all 5 stars are for who I am assuming was a shift manager, Kirk Dinison.
A woman came in and was very unkind to this man arguing about how some coupon was supposed to be for what she wanted. He said «you know ma’am this is not for this item, but we will just wave it and apply it anyways» he was saying this and she just continued to be rude and belittle him. He kept his composure and was kind regardless of her behavior. She he tried to explain it kindly and say ma’am we’ll accept this coupon, but she just kept on her rant. Saying one more of these incidents and I’ll be shopping else where as all the people behind her just stood looking on shaking their heads.
Kirk you have some serious customer service skills, I’m sure your going places.

Wow CVS, I thought you were 24 hours but guess not. Came here to get some over the counter medication in the middle of the night at 2am for some bad heartburn and was greeted by a sign on the door saying «closed between 2 – 3 for lunch break.» The guy inside saw me at the door and didn’t do anything to let me in. There aren’t many places open 24 hours and thought CVS would be my lifesaver. Guess this should be a lesson for me to stock a mini pharmacy at home so I never have to rely on posted store hours again.
I just went across the street and paid an absurd amount for some Tums at 7 – 11.

I have no problem with the employees, who all seem personable enough. The last 3 times I’ve been in, it’s taken literally hours to fill my Rx, even though the MD had sent it in 2 hours previous to my arrival. The last visit while I was there waiting for my Rx, a woman came in to pick up hers. She had been there the previous DAY and opted not to wait when they told her how long it would be before it was ready. 24 hours later, and it still wasn’t ready. Every surface was covered with paperwork for prescriptions. i can only conclude that they don’t hire enough personnel. I won’t be going back even though it is the nearest pharmacy.

I came over to this store in the middle of the night a couple weekends ago for allergy medication. I was the only customer in the store, and I saw two employees. One of the employees followed me from aisle to aisle, watching to be sure I did not steal anything.
I asked the guy why he was following me and he denied it saying that «no I am just stocking». Of course this asswhole is stalking, we just have a difference of opinion in how it is spelled. I am a lot of things, but a shoplifter I am not! Leave me alone punk and let me shop. Not too many places to go late at night, I will be back if I need to but if they stalk me I will talk shit!

The pharmacist thinks that she is a Dr. If I wanted a pharmacist to diagnose my ailments, I would go to one. Pretty sure a MD trumps a pharmacist degree.

So disappointed in CVS today. Last week I received an email inviting me to refill my prescriptions online with an incentive of three dollars off. So I went ahead and ordered my refill online, and it said it would be ready today, I don’t why it took a week to refill but I had enough medication until today. I get to CVS and guess what. The order was not processed. I need my medication so bad right now and I have to wait a few more hours. Very dissapointed in CVS pharmacy!

This is my regular neighborhood cvs so I’m here pretty often. Employees are very nice and helpful and the store is always clean. On the rare occasion that they’ve been out of a sale item I’ve had no problem getting a rain check. You can save a ton of money with the extra care card and bucks. I don’t think I’ve ever paid full price for anything here.

The night crew is always very helpful and friendly. They know where everything is, and will even take the time to walk you over to the product. They have a great selection and are well-​stocked.
