Derrel’s Mini Storage

Not just this location but ALL OF the Derrel’s in general are a joke! They do have awesome move-​in specials but what they don’t tell you is that you have to either pay in person, mail a check (anyone still use mail to pay bills anymore?) call every month and make a credit card payment AFTER you mail in or deliver a credit card approval form — and you have to be there between 7 and 7 because they close WAY early. There are no on-​line payments, no fax, no email and evidently they don’t have call waiting because the phone numbers are always busy! Ughhhhhh… if you want an inexpensive place to store your crap but you want VISITATION of it every month and you still write checks, then this is where you need to be. HOWEVER, if you are up with technology, have moved out of town and just grabbed a quick storage unit, if you pay your bills on-​line or via auto debit — then steer clear of Derrel’s Mini Storage.
