Eugene Thomas has been my representative since we moved in to our new home. He is professional and attentive to our needs. He provides answers to questions and concerns in an effective manner. He is knowledgeable and always on time.

Eugene always makes sure our needs are met. He communicates properly with us, alerting us when he is on his way so the dogs can be confined. He follows up to make sure that were happy. I highly recommend Dewey Pest control and the service I receive from Eugene.

I like my guy chad. He’s very attentive and listens to my needs. I told him I had an ant problem behind my wall and he’s taking care of it while I write. I’ve had these guys for a year, I’ve recommended my friends. My family and so on. Anyways my pest control guys have been good. What hasn’t been good is when I call the customer service lacks. I was a bit upset they only came once a month to spray when I pay a good 40.00. I would expect 2 times a month for that price anyways I told the girl I wasn’t happy and she didn’t even try to apologize or anything. I told her I have 3 people with them and I could easily tell them to cancel she didn’t care. I expect better. I am currently discussing switching with my husband. To me … If your customer service isn’t there neither is my business !!!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! This sorry company suckered me into a contract by their door to door salesman (who was very courteous and seemed very professional). $ 40 upfront and $ 35 a month. They didn’t show up on the date that was set, and confirmed over the phone. I was at work when they came to do a sweep of all the spider webs, I specifically mentioned several times that it was a big deal for them to clean the webs in the garage. I get home NONE of them were cleaned. They literally spray stuff and go. Since my husband and I both work, scheduling was a huge deal with them. The driver never showed up when we would set up a time. My debit card that was attached to the payment was cancelled due to merchant data breaches. Months go by and I have no luck trying to reach someone other than an answering service on my lunches and on weekends. Then we get a letter from their Manager threatening to send us to collections if we do not pay $ 200 within 5 days. I try calling them AGAIN and AGAIN, no luck no return calls. 1.5.2015 Letter received from collection agency. You bet your ass I’m going to dispute this, and then report these guys to the Better Business Bureau. Con artist, Lazy, Very Unprofessional, Waste of Time & Money.

We had this service for a one year contract. The guy that cam out was always very nice, we tried to get a winter skip then resume with a new contract in the spring. The people in there office set that up for us but the next month (November) the technician showed back up. We again called there office, they said the winter skip can only be for three months (Dec-​Feb). So I say that’s fine, they sign us back up for March. But they went into our checking account and charged us an extra month and no one ever showed up to service our home. I called there office and the lady said their tech came by. Well I was home that day sick. He went next door. Again I call the office and again they say they will have someone out that afternoon, no one came out ever. I’m still trying to get my money back but talking to the people in there office I know I’m being lied to.
This is one of the worst company’s I’ve ever seen and the only one I’ve ever disliked enough to write any kind of review about, good or bad.
Next I’ll go by there office here in town, but I fear I’ll only get more lies…

Giving a bad review to a business is not something I do unless there are solid reasons. Dewey became our pest control provider through a door to door sales deal on 1 year contract every other month service. The service was okey, we always had them spray outdoors even though indoors spraying was included in the service, there were times communication wasn’t that good but overall the technician did an okey job. The office staff was where I encounter all the problems … I had to switch my automatic payment twice to a different card, and I kept getting letters from Dewey stating that they attempted to charge my card and did not receive payment … Well you think ?? I no longer have that account and I made the appropriate change for that not to happen. On the second change of payment method they ended up charging us twice (on both accounts) I didn’t understand why they still kept my bank information if I updated it to a different account. Taking care of that was like talking to a toddler on the phone, that’s when I asked for my service to be canceled, I asked them for a written confirmation letter and she assured me I will receive one in the mail within 10 days. I sure received a letter from them much later then 10days but it was a bill for what should have been my next service and I just couldn’t believe that I have to waste more time on the phone to straighten this up. Mistakes happen, miscommunication is absolutely normal but this felt like I had do their job and keep an extra eye on my bank account constantly just so Dewey doesn’t overcharge or charge me without my consent. I eventually got reimbursed and received the cancelation confirmation letter and I hope my bank information is been erased from the system.

Home Owners BEWARE!!! We used Dewey for about a year maybe a little less we signed up for the monthly service at first then switched to quarterly during the winter months, everything was great at first but then we started noticing that the tech wasn’t cleaning up the spider webs outside anymore and the last straw was we had been trying to get our quarterly service done for about 2 months and he finally showed up while it was RAINING and wanted to spray so I expressed concern over the spray not working on the wet sufaces to which his reply was «Well I’ll have a look and see if there are any dry spots and I’ll spray there and come back another day.» Well we never seen him again after that and about 3 – 4 months later we moved to a new home and got a call from Dewey a few months after that saying we owed them $ 34 for that service when I told them that i wasn’t going to pay for a service I never recieved they sent us to collections and now I have a $ 200 ding on my credit report!!! After this experince we used Clark Pest control at the new home and haven’t had any issues at all! If this is how normal business works at Dewey I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, I’m really hoping they make this right somehow… I can’t see paying $ 200 for a guy to come to my house and walk around in the rain for 5 minutes!!! NO THANKS!

After my prior review I had the manager call me. He was very nice and asked me what had been going on with the tech assigned to us. I was able to communicate my concerns to him, and he assured me he would make sure it doesn’t happen again. He also comped me one month of service, which I didn’t expect. They’re sending a new tech out and the manager offered to accompany him to make sure the work gets done properly. I appreciate when companies make an effort to make things right for their customers.

They always give me a call the day before to make sure its ok they come. Kind, curteous and informative

They sent a door to door salesperson to my house, who agreed to treat my house without an upfront fee, just a quarterly one and then took down my personal information + credit card info. They called a day later to confirm payment details and then told me the salesperson made a mistake (because we had written no up front fee in the contract before I signed), they’d have to charge me a setup fee (which made the price of the whole 1yr contract ~20−25% higher). I told them I don’t do business with people who use bait and switch tactics and cancelled the whole order.
