I have been to ten other salons in town, and the best service I have ever received was from Amanda Coutts. She was so professional, yet so personable at the same time. From the cheese to the perfect manicure I’ll never go anywhere else. I will recommend her to all of my friends and family. I love this place!

Morgan makes it clear that customer service is her top priority at Essentiels! She is amazing and has made a forever client out of my daughter by referring her to Kristin. According to my daughter Kristin gives the best facial in town! My daughter splurged and purchased/​Loves all the products that Kristin used and recommended for her skin needs. Thanks Morgan!

I love the customer service and attentive the staff is. Well done. The only service I received in this salon is hair care. Missy does a fantastic work in providing with quality and detailed hair color and cuts. Missy Martinez has been my hair stylist for about 1 year and I always receive complement on my hair. Missy did a natural to soft aumbre. I absolutely love my color and my hair cuts are always perfect. A few of my friends have received service from missy too. I only receive hair care from missy my hair is extremely important. I no longer live in town but when I’m I only attend essentials.

I get that its normal to gossip at a salon and this place is no exception but when you are being gossiped about by your own stylist who you visit regularly and tip handsomely while you are sitting next to them to hear it? Very unprofessional on his part.

This post is in praise of this salon’s professionalism. I recently went to the salon to get eyelash extensions & the experience was terrible– the technician (not kylie) was incredibly rude & on top of it did a sub par job. That being said– the front desk staff & salon manager Deedee were wonderful. Deedee called me & i talked with her openly about my experience. I sent her photos of my previous extensions fill from my usual technician & photos of the work done by the essentiels technician. On top of refunding me for the extensions, she gave me a gift certificate for a manicure. I am so impressed by this salon’s customer service; deedee & the front desk staff truly deserve the praise. They really care about making sure their customers have a good experience. I am so happy to give them a 2^nd try. They went above & beyond.

Amanda was extremely nice and very helpful. She was knowledgable on a variety of skin products and helped me find a product that was right for me and my skin type. I usually go to get my eyebrows done and wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s like a brow expert! She transformed my shapeless caterpillars into amazing arched beauties. I get compliments on them every time I get them done by Amanda. She pays attention to what I say and I feel like she cares about my thoughts and understands when most wouldn’t be able to help. If you haven’t gone to her yet your missing out! Don’t waste anymore time on anyone else. This is your girl!

Love this spa! I came here to get a facial and to get my brows shaped. I was so pleased with my results! I left the spa glowing skin. Amanda was so great! She really understood my skin and was so kind and caring. Will return soon:)

Amanda is the brow guru — she’s been my brow girl for years! She’s patient and will work with you to achieve your brow goals (growing them in thicker, achieving symmetry, etc). I can’t recommend her enough!

What a fun morning… hanging with my Bestie Debbie… Carolina was awesome designing me TINKERBELL nails… I came all the way from Yuma Arizona to see her!

Carloina is the best at what she does, always up for a challenge, new designs, and knows what’s in! best nail art in town ! Love it!

They’ve done some serious remodeling inside. The front retail space is much less cluttered. The booth spaces seem to have more room, and I’m no longer shoulder to shoulder with other patrons while having my hair done.
I still see Teresa and am provided such fantastic customer service I can’t help but give them 5 big shiny red stars!
Having someone by the front door for check-​ins is especially nice. Way to go Essentiels!

Sometimes looking for a new hairdresser can be stressful. You want to find that right person that gets it right and really listens to what you want. Well I found that at Essentials with Natalie Dutcher… She did an Amazing new look for me that I’m loving. Not only that, I’m able to purchase some of the best hair products on the market and she uses them my hair when she’s doing her magic! If your looking for an all inclusive spot … Essentials is the place to go!

I get my nails done by Carolina and love her new location. I love the way the station is set up. And when you walk in you are greeted and check in by really nice ladies. Carolina is one of the best nail art technicians for 3d nail art… I went back to buy some shampoo and Lisa is very helpful. Very relaxing and nice. I really enjoy the glass of wine or champagne option after a stressful day

So far, I have only come to this salon for my regular hair needs.
Takes hours to get it done but they seem to do things right here and the salon is clean.

The staff are alright. Lately, there seems to have been a higher turn over of staff at the front desk so personal touches have been a bit lost. Emails lately requesting services have not been returned.
The salon, esp. at the back has a Zen like feel. Ahhh! Quiet and dim. I see Brenda for massage, she is great for deep tissue treatments.
Decent deals to be had here during holidays and special dates. I took advantage of a half day here (X-​mas gift) and another upcoming one for Valentine’s Day. A bit rushed though each service, however and the place gets packed.
Lots of services offered here (waxing, massage, facials) as well as high end products for sale for skin and hair. They sell my fave products, Skinceuticals and Kerastase.
Not recommended for children but I have seen a couple in here.
Prices are on the higher end of the scope and the salon has unfortunately run late on most of my appointments.

At my arrival the staff was attentive and friendly. I had previously made an appointment for a facial and was taken to the back spa and waited for Nelson to great me. Had some cucumber water and read a magazine while waiting.
The facial it’s self was amazing, super relaxing and most definitely worth it. Nelson recommended the «all clear» facial and I can see the difference already. Will definitely be returning! Don’t forget to check in for a 10% of discount.

I go into get pink and whites and they looked just horrible like someone in beauty school did them. So I call and they let me come back in to get them fixed which they look excellent except they already chipped at the corner, not very happy after spending $ 70
