** I found this draft review that I forgot to post. I feel like it’s my duty as a Unilocaler to still post my experience, so here it is. Move happened in October of 2012 **

Since my move was simply one street over and I was able to move most of my items myself, I wanted to hire someone who could move the «big items» (bed, couch, etc.) so I hired these guys. I could write an essay on why this company failed me, but I’ll just sum it up to this:
They did not wrap (which I thought was standard for a moving company to do) any of my furniture and damaged a lot of it during the move. I keep finding damaged items as I unpack and go through my house!
The 3 most important things to me were all damaged, amongst other things: my stainless steel refrigerator, my bedroom set (both are 6 months old) and my freshly painted and patched walls (my painters, literally, finished the day before).
My fridge had a huge gash on the front of it and a week later, I found that the side that sat against the counter was completely dented with a foot long gash. It clearly rubbed up against the corner of the tile when it was being pushed into its spot.
The walls in the hallway have chips on them, clearly from my bedroom furniture hitting it as there was also white paint on my bedroom furniture!
There is no way that these guys didn’t
know they effed up my stuff and yet they still accepted the nice tip we gave them. Have you no shame?!
Oh, and since I went into labor the morning of the move, my husband basically became the third mover and helped these guys along so he could get to the hospital as soon as possible. It took 3 hours.
I did contact the owner who said under the agreement that was signed, I was only entitled to a small reimbursed. It was so insignificant I don’t even remember how much it was.
Will not be recommending or hiring them again.

My husband and I were planning a very last minute move and, Steve, the Owner, was extremely helpful and patient with us. He came to our home to give us a guaranteed quote and took the time to answer all of our questions while offering us a very reasonable price with no hidden fees. I’ve been burned in the past, so I really appreciated his honesty! This is a PROFESSIONAL company that knows what they are doing… not just two guys with a truck!
