I had great service with the agent on Saturday; She gave me all the details on what the full cost was and explained everything in detail at time of sign up. I like the security and the hours I can access the property. Much better than several others that I interviewed.

What you see is NOT what you get!
«Reserved» a 5×10 unit, $ 14.00 last week, 1st month free + plus «administration fee ($ 20). I was cool with this. Get there today… guess what… its now $ 24.00, plus the admin fee and guess what I needed their $ 15.00 dollar lock and now some insurance for $ 13.
Lawyers, snakes and now Extra Space Storage. Its not the fact that my monthly payment almost tripled. It’s the fact that the cheesy overly nice employees cannot just be real and straight forward. They are like selling a 95 year old person a monster truck. I have a bed and a dresser… NO I dont need a 10×20 unit.
This is why I could not do sales. I am too honest.
MAKE SURE TO HAVE THEM QUOTE EVERYTHING.
