These guys are HORRIBLE in customer service. The only detail they can get right is released dates and that’s because of printouts. Game stop is also the only store where employees can argue with customers over their opinions on games and consoles. They only want you to make your purchase and back to the mall. They don’t care what their selling just how fast they can sell. If you stand back and listen to how employees talk to customers and each other the only reason they are there is to collect a paycheck. They complain about working there. I don’t understand how hard video game sales can be or all these people are former or will become wal Mart employees. DISRESPECTFUL STAFF GO TO PANAMA NICE PEOPLE THERE.

It’s GameStop a big kids playground if you ask me. I really can’t complain about the service my only problem is the long lines and they would’nt buy back some very old wii games. No to be honest I called before going to the store and the clerk was very helpful and friendly. I’m sure the next time I have a gaming monkey on my back this is where I will go to get my fix.
