This place is ridiculously overpriced. Most of the items are outside in the elements and many pieces show that. They had some cool items here and there, but also a lot of junk. Nothing had prices on it that I saw, which was inconvenient, especially since the owners are busy doing other things.

I called to purchase a piece I seen on Facebook. Thomasville hutch. I asked Stephanie if she can do layaway. Stephanie said yes. I told her I was moving and wouldn’t be able to pick it up till about Jan. 22 she said ok. I made my payments when I said I would, one that day and another a day we agreed on. Keep in mind nowhere on their page does it say they keep furniture outside or «covered up». I was due to pick the piece up on the 22 of Janurary. I called and said I wasn’t able to and they said it was fine plus it was raining and they didn’t work the next day on Sunday. So on the 5^th day after that I asked if they could deliver it they agreed for a fee of $ 45. They delivered it the next day. I was shocked when I looked at the piece!!! I was absolutely pissed off! It seemed to have been sitting outside for months. It has water damage, sun damage, the glasses took me forever to clean. They were disgusting. I opened the drawers and they had water stains and other stains, I don’t know what of. I sent a message to them through Facebook so I could keep for my records because at this point I was not happy. I started to clean out a drawer and a TICK crawled out! I sent a personal message thinking they would understand and maybe we could work something out. It didn’t work that way. I even offered that they keep the $ 45 fee and for them to Give me back my $ 176 I paid them and for them to come pick up their furniture piece. It’s actually junk. Believe me! They didn’t want to work anything out. I’m going to stick to Farmgirls. These guys are horrible humans! I’m trying to post photos. They get one star for being great liars and dishonest. plus I can’t post this without choosing one star.

I’ve been shopping here for a couple of years but I will not return after the owner was very dishonest with the sale of the piece of furniture. I feel that he sold furniture just to get our money knowing good and well he didn’t have all of the pieces that he had promised us that were in his storage unit.

They are very overpriced and the owners are very rude, very unprofessional. Prices are not clearly marked on items…

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of great items to choose from. Disappointed how overpriced items were. Some of the same items found at antique malls downtown for $ 5 – 10 cheaper. I am still in sticker shock over the small mason jar filled with marbles that retailed at $ 40.

They have a lot of great merchandise that you can sort of pick through (which I enjoy).
They were very friendly, professional, and helped me bring my items to my car.
My only setback in the transaction was that the layout of the store was so «nook and cranny» I had a hard time finding a salesperson… however, they ended up being in the back area refinishing some furniture, which I though was cool! I will definitely be back to poke around. :)

I go to this place regularly. The owners are great. They know me by name when I show up and are always pleasant and helpful. If they’re closed, they will take the time to make an appointment and meet you at the shop. I really appreciate the level of creativity in their pieces. I can always find something I want when I walk through and there’s so much to see I can never take it all in. It’s great to support local small buisinesses. Lots of new pieces are posted on their Facebook page daily and there is almost no delay in getting a response to any question. There’s a little something for everyone here. They have finished refurbished furniture and lots of rusty, crusty stuff that needs love. This place is right up my alley.

Here’s my opinion of this business.
I follow them or
«Like» them on Facebook, they post pictures of product & if you comment they usually respond right away.
I inquired about a piece & the correspondence followed, I asked for measurements & was given the info right away.
I asked if they we’re open today being Sunday & they said no but we can meet you. I said great! (They offered, I did not ask)
So we coordinated a time 11:30am, I have never been to this business & was unaware of the exact whereabouts.
I was coming from Rosedale hwy. (having breakfast with a friend at J&M’s Café) Super busy & traffic was pretty bad, but we we’re on the way.
I called to say this because we obviously were running behind 10min… and I was greeted with rudeness over the call.
The man on the phone was not pleasant, he kept saying he had to come on his day off, well excuse me but you are the one that offered to meet on your so called day off… I didn’t ask you to do that. We literally were 5−10minutes away & he wasn’t going to wait.
That’s cool, I was going to your place of business to purchase a piece of recycled furniture from you, that you offered to come to on a «Closed» day & apparently your «only day off».
So you see you allowed me to rethink my purchase & your rude attitude…
«NO THANK YOU», I’d rather take my business else where, unfollow & nonsupport your local business.
Some people have no people skills, don’t offer things if you’re going to be put out by it.
