My husband got my engagement ring here and also bought a necklace for our 1st anniversary here as well. I love the people here. They are so accommodating an helpful. A few days after our anniversary, my husband was putting my necklace away and the chain just snapped. We took it in and they gave me a new chain right away after explaining what happened. When I first got the ring, my husband already had a main stone to put in the setting but when I got the ring, that center stone was rotating in its setting. Not wiggling, rotating. I asked Helzberg to fix it but when it came back, it was still doing the same thing. So I had to take it back in again and the gentleman said he would be very specific with the company they send their work to and make sure it got done right. And it did! Yesterday 10÷4÷2015, I was putting on my engagement ring and the band just snapped! I was so devastated. I took it into the store the same afternoon and the same gentleman that helped me before, went out of his way to help me get it sent out, repaired and re-sized. The only minor complaint that I have is that when I have my ring sent out to be re-dipped, whatever chemicals or materials they use, sometimes it is different and I begin to have allergic reactions to my ring. But all I have to do is take it back and they will fix it. They are super helpful and have some of the best competitive pricing I have seen in similar jewelry stores.

We were in here yesterday, looking for a simple ring. Looking and pricing the available rings, we went out into the mall to comparision shop. After looking and asking around, we came back and purchased our ring. Nice people, competitive pricing.

My mother took in a necklace she wanted them to resize. I bought it for her at Macy’s and she didn’t want to resize it right then and there. She changed her mind a couple months later. I usually take my jewelry to Kay’s. She decided to cheap out and go here. She wore her necklace for a couple of months and noticed her latch of her necklace was discolored. Wait, her necklace was all white gold. So how it turned golden is beyond her and me. I was really upset. I went with her to tell them they had replaced the latch and they totally tried to make excuses like saying my mom probably puts oils on her skin or uses something that would discolor her white gold. No my mom does not use any oils. After the sales lady got confrontational with me I dared to tell them if they replace a tiny latch then… They probably replace diamonds and other stuff too! Buyer beware. Don’t take your jewelry here to be fixed they will take your original parts and give you crap. Another thing, why they got so defensive with me is totally unprofessional. Im calling the cooperate soon.

Honestly my fiancé and I weren’t even going to step inside Helzberg because it just LOOKED like we couldn’t afford it. But after one disappointing experience after another at the neighboring jewelry stores, we decided to just look. Boy what a difference. Amanda found us immediately and was as close to a breath of fresh air as possible. We told her that we were getting married in May, that we didn’t want to spend a lot of money on our rings because we’re not really jewelry people and we have too much in student loans to buy anything fancy, and that pretty much every other person we talked to in every other store treated us like crap as soon as we said we only wanted to spend a couple hundred dollars. Amanda gave us the service we might have had elsewhere were we spending several thousand dollars. And what’s more, she found me EXACTLY what I had been wanting — a simple gold band with a few little diamonds in it — that no one else had. And the price was amazing. Also amazing was the fact that even though it had to be custom made, the price of it, which is included in the insurance price, was roughly HALF of what Kay Jewelers was offering. I’m just blown away at how great of an experience it was at Helzberg. It felt like we were shopping with a friend and not one did she turn her eyes away looking for other, richer customers to help. And it’s for that reason that when we are ready to buy our next piece of jewelry, we will seek out Amanda at Helzberg. I’m looking forward to picking up our rings! Oh, and Amanda cleaned the ring I walked in wearing(a simple promise ring that acts as my engagement ring). Would give more than five stars if I could.
