My husband and I recently sold our home and purchased another. Our agent recommended Housemasters (Don Martin) for our home inspection. He was amazing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and very helpful in not only showing and explaining what things were wrong with the house but how they compared to the average similar home and which things should actually concern us. His report was quickly emailed to us with very detailed photographs and descriptions.
This made determining which items were important to us to request repair on extremely simple and painless. He was even kind enough to come back out to the house for our final walk through to confirm that the items we had requested repairs on had been completed to code.
The buyers of our previous home used a different inspector who we were not impressed with. Having the comparison made us appreciate Don even more! If you are looking for a home inspection, I would definitely recommend Housemasters!
