Jose’s golf range apparently has a rule that you can’t have kids hitting off the grass at their driving range because some customers don’t want divots in the grass. So my 14 yr old son and I can’t hit golf balls at their crappy establishment even though we pay to use it. Of course if you know someone or if a trusts source says they are ok to hit off the grass they allow it. So you won’t see a sign posted for no kids allowed because the real rule is only the kids we want to hit off the grass can. Nice job Jose’s. I hope you figure out how to continue to underserve your clients. If I could give no stars I would.

I hadn’t played golf for about 4 years because of a bad back. I recently got the doc’s approval to start playing again and went to Jose’s on the recommendation of a friend. I had gone there years ago and it was really rundown. To be honest, I was shocked on how the place had turned around. The staff is great, the grass is green, the water & beer are cold, and the place is very clean. I’ve been going there for about a month now and I have nothing but praise for how well the place in run. DB

Jose’s Golf Range is no where near a Ghetto or in the Ghetto Robb G. we must not be talking about the same place!!! The only people you see around that area are people that work there or hit golf balls and I have never heard of any kind of stabbings! Please state facts don’t make stuff up!!!

This place is great. The guy who runs it is a total sweetheart. You can tell he is very laid back, but also has a great love for golf. He will even come and give you some tips if you obviously suck! Great prices.

Nice place. I went in the morning before it got too hot and found some mats that were in the shade. Prices were average. $ 9 for a medium bucket. Nice facility. I will be back!

I hit some golf balls out here about three years ago, and the service and care of the facilities was terrible. I made it a point to drive across town to the courses. However, a friend of mine just recently begged me to go so I stopped by. It’s really made a turn around recently. The inside shop is much cleaner, and the people who work there are warm and friendly. You can chose to hit from the grass or the pads, I always pay the extra two bucks to hit from the grass which is well taken care of. I can’t speak for the pad area. I think they are currently redoing the putting greens, it was roped off when I went. I’m hoping those turn out and are opened again soon. I work about five minutes away, so I really wish they had some lunch time discount or frequent buyer card. I would be there all the time to hit a couple balls on my lunch break, or on my way home from work.

Hadn’t been here in over 2-years and I must say, GREATJOB to the new management! I’m really impressed! Not only does the driving range looks nice, it has excellent staffing and a very welcoming environment. From your first time golfer to your advanced, Jose’s Driving Range will meet your golfing needs and exceed them. I don’t usually leave feedback, but I have to. Jose’s Driving Range has made a 360 I felt compelled to leave a review.

If you are looking to possibly get stabbed, this is your place. It was in the heart of the ghetto. I did not see one single green piece of grass around and the distance markers were all right next to each other they were not spaced out. As for the pro shop, all they sold was a 3 for $ 1 used golf balls. That is it. There was a rice cooker on the table also when I walked in. So a rice cooker and used balls is the selection they offer at the«Pro Shop». Save your money and just go hit golf balls off the freeway. It is safer and better for your clubs.

The prior review says the balls are in horrible condition. I have found them to be in good or even excellent condition. The owners have always been nice to me in going there many times in the past couple of years. The putting green is not in great shape but not nearly as bad as the last reviewer described. It is green, has a couple of smaller brown spots and some divots. It is not the best practice facility I have ever been to but if you don’t like going there you can go to one of the local golf courses and get roughly the same quality of balls, probably a better putting green but the balls may be more expensive. Many of them are way out of the way in locations not convenient and, most won’t be open at night. As far as the owner’s being nice or not I have found that the nicer I am the nicer they are and that far and away most of the complainers like the last reviewer usually reap what they sow…
