Went in for an ultrasound and everyone was really friendly. My appt was at 7:45 am, went in at 7:30 and I was don’t by 8:05 am

I forgot my medical card after taking off early from work specifically to get xrays done. Called Kern Rad & asked if they could still see me they said yes come in & we will verify proof of insurance over the phone. I went in and waited a total of 30 minutes from the time i arrived until the time i left. Best part was the very caring demeanor of the tech John. First he gave me some pants to change into to do the xray of my leg. The pants were way too small THANKS JOHN FOR THE COMPLIMENT !!!
but seriously he was very patient & kind and asked if i was hurting or uncomfortable while positioning me. Great bedside manors ! thank you

Schedule your appointment at least an hour before you need to be there cause they will be late getting to you. Irritating.

Ok never a good thing when going to a place like this. Usually means that there’s something wrong and the doctor needs more information about your condition that he can’t figure out on his own.
Thank goodness my HMO contracts with these guy’s, because it used to contract with another one that I had an MRI of my brain and they told me to go sit in the waiting room after and a Dr came out with a heavy accent said I had something in my brain and I needed to go back to my Dr shook my hand said good luck and walked away!!! REALLY
Now I just get my tests and wait to get my results from my doctor just like I would expect to. Also the staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is nice and updated, clean and always temperature controlled.
This is by appointment only and the wait time is never long and I’ve never had an issue with them being behind.

Can I give a negative Star rating? Let’s just say I brought my mom in for her appt Over an hr n half ago!!! she was just called in 10 minutes ago, and I continue to wait Annoyinnnnnng
