Kohl’s

I visited kohls this past Friday night. I am giving them three stars because of how disorganized the clothing items were. I just wanted to visit with the sole purpose of finding a couple items for my sisters bday… So I wasn’t wanting to spend a bunch of time shopping. I’m really more of a ‘buyer’ than a ‘shopper’, so when I saw the condition of the store I was a little discouraged.
Now, I do need to mention My husband and I did end up finding three great sweaters for a bday gift for my sister, but it took some looking around because of the disorganization. I felt pretty lucky for what We found.
The other few things that may have attributed… It was around 7:30 pm on a Friday, right in the middle of the holiday season, and I was shopping solely in the plus size section… Which tends to be a section that doesn’t get as much attention as some of the others. But, even with all that, I still think it was a little more disorganized than it should have been.

I have been to this particular location several times now. While to me their regular prices are way to high for my budget, I am always one scour the clearance racks and find a great deal. They also are very good about sending out coupons and other deals too.
Like most department stores the cleanliness and tidiness of it will be determined by the customers and how many employees they have working in each department. I have found that obviously the later you go the messier it gets but like I said earlier I don’t mind the hunt for a good deal most of the time. It could use to be a little more organized but at least they have the price checkers throughout the store.
As for their brand of products the only ones we have tried consistently are the children’s brand (Jelly Beans). Their brand is great, sturdy, current, and affordable most of the time.
I have always had good feedback to leave as far as their customer service. Even during the busy season of the holidays all of the employees are friendly and helpful, which makes it nice to continue to shop their despite some higher prices.
I will continue to shop here and always be on the look out for great deals and wonderful employees.

I just had the most wonderful experience at Kohl’s today! Yesterday I had come to Kohl’s to get my husband some undershirts and could not find his specific one. This morning at 7AM I called the Kohl’s on Gosford and got directed to Manager Tracy; she was great! No only did she walk me through how to use the Kiosk she was diligent, friendly, knowledgable and helpful! People like this Manager Tracy is the reason why I continue to come back to this specific Kohl’s! Thank you!

Use your Kohl’s charge, get points on your rewards, ha e them scan it off your phone, use your Kohl’s cash! BINGO! Love it on sale days!!!

I went in there to get one thing; blush in the makeup department. The store hadn’t even been open for 5 minutes and it looked like a tornado hit! Makeup was strewn every where! Besides the fact that they literally had nothing in stock, what they did have was not in the correct place! Makeups open, jewelry wadded up in a big chain knot, purses and wallets piled high on top of each other, clothing so jam packed in a rack, etc. The place was a dump!

I give it 3 stars because I couldn’t find anything for kids everything was everywhere, thrown in the floor I found something’s but not things I liked, I liked the service and the price was cheap. I just wish they gave you a clean store and prices that were a little cheaper

I love Kohls! However, this location is always such a mess! I wish they could work harder to keep things in their place so it is easy to find an item in your size, and to walk through the aisles! I have to wait in line an average of 5 minutes before getting checked out. They call for extra assistance at the registers, but no one ever comes.

Normally, I’ll take my wife to the Kohl’s on Rosedale Hwy cause it’s much closer to home. This branch is also nice, and the layout is similar to Rosedale.
If you look hard enough, there are great deals to be found. Most of those deals are in the Clearance sections where many of the items are heavily discounted. Also, Kohl’s will send coupons in the mail that may offer an additional 30% off your purchases. She has never bought anything here at full price.
Clean store with good customer service, quality products, and affordably priced. 4 Stars!

I love this store. Their selection of clothing for men is fantastic and extensive. They have brand new styles that appeal to a large variety of shoppers. I regularly find great items here, and their regular sales make everything even more affordable.

I only shop here when I get a $ 10 coupon in the mail. The worst part about this store is the fact that they never have enough cashiers open. The wait in line is always ridiculous!
A lot of their merchandise is way too overpriced.

I like shopping at Kohls (more specifically the Gosford location) for fun little pieces to spruce up my wardrobe. I am a huge fan of specifically the Vera Wang and Lauren Conrad collections. I hate cheap or painful heels so I own very few, but my Vera Wang heels have never done me wrong! They are so comfortable and wearable through an entire 8 hour work day. I also appreciate the feminine pieces from the LC collection because they are good quality and usually vintage inspired. I was originally hesitant to support her collection because I questioned her fashion credentials but I have been impressed (whether actually designed by her or her «team» we’ll never know)! Oh, and the coupons and constant sales aren’t bad either.
