Let’s Ride Motorsports

I would not recommend this place to anyone! As a new resident I visited this business in hopes of upgrading my 2 wheeler. I gave them my money in one occasion for a certain job. After I was ready to pick up my bike the owner made several inappropriate comments about my wife that I didn’t take very lightly. My wife had called ahead of time to ensure the bike was ready. The «owner» (who he said was married to the daughter of a elderly gentleman that was there) began to talk about my personal relationship and made it seemed he was extremely sorry for what I would have to endore once I got home to my wife because of a misunderstanding that accured. His «good bye» that day was «GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WIFE» and honestly made me sick to my stomach and couldn’t believe he could possibly expect me to come back as a customer.
3 months later I gave this place a call back for an installation quote and right off the bat I realized that the person I was on the phone with was the same arrogant guy that I had last spoken with at Lets Ride. He rudely asked why I needed installation and why this and why that as if I was taking time away from him. Let me just say this was a $ 600 job that he could’ve had. I hung up on the guy. Never will I ever.

Local shop which is great but hard to use when they don’t price match even other local chains. I understand not matching online but come on.
Have had friends with great experiences here but after twice in the shop, each time the person behind the counter seemed more concerned with the computer screen than giving me more than one word answers to my questions. Hopefully things change for the better because I would prefer to support my community.

They have had my husband’s motorcycle for almost 6 months. …it’s still going to take longer but it will be done right when he finally gets it back.
