Zero stars for customer service! 1 star because I had no choice! I received a 2013 Boston Red Sox Championship fitted hat as a Christmas gift. It was one size too large so I went in to this same store it was purchased from. I walk in and immediately a female associate who obviously had no customer service training, immediately walked up and said with attitude, «we don’t got that hat!» I asked if there was a way to return the hat and order one in the right size. She immediately reacted negatively with a deep breath and said, «no, you don’t want another hat?» I asked for a refund, which then she walked away and went to another register. I wasn’t sure what she was doing and then she looked at me and put a piece of paper in front of me as if I knew what she was doing. Then she said, again with attitude, «fill the whole thing out if you want your money.» I filled it out, took my money and left. I have been to other kids and meet had such bad service. This was not my first negative experience with this location but it will be my last! Will never go back! I went online and found the hat and the right size without having to deal with bad service! I will say, they do have a decent selection of hats. But again, there are other stores in the mall that do also: Champs, Footlocker, etc., and their service is much much more professional and personable.

Good selection. everything is well organized. Not a problem if you know what you are looking for. MLB caps looks to be the main selling point at this store. I was asked if iI needed help. If i really need a new hat in Bakersfield this will be the place id go to.

After buying tons hats here over the years, I purchased a hat, it was a fitted 71/8″(too small) LA hat. After I asked a worker whether I could exchange it for one that fits, I was informed that I couldn’t because it was too dusty(sat on top shelf.) To make matters worse, I hadn’t taken any tags(even the barcode was still on it) the top button popped off of a never been worn hat. I yelled out in the store to see if anyone wanted a free hat since it didn’t fit me and I don’t want to pay to have the button replaced on a brand new never been worn hat the company wouldn’t exchange. I left the hat on the counter and walked out. I guess I’ll take my hat addiction to another store. I hope they don’t treat all their customers with that kind of service. I’ll never be back. If they offer me a gift card, I’ll gladly accept it, go spend it at your store then destroy what I buy before I walk out.
