In my opinion, this is the best apartment complex in Bakersfield. Granted, you’re going to be paying a pretty penny for it: $ 1275 for the 2BR and $ 1375 for the 3BR.

— newer appliances w/​in unit washer/​dryer
The units are thoroughly cleaned between tenants, more meticulously than I’ve seen at other apartment complexes. The grounds are clean and well landscaped.
TIP: There is ALWAYS a waitlist for the units so if you’re considering moving here, get on the waitlist several months before you want to move. Also, if you work for an oil/​gas company, mention that. It may expedite your application process.
