Seems like they are getting a handle on staffing. I received quick and friendly service today!
I need 25 double sided copies. I forgot to say double sided, so of course when the tech handed me single sided copies, I was mad at myself. I agree to pay for those & asked him to run them again the right way, which he did with a smile. He ALSO went ahead and fixed the others, so I walked out with extra perfect copies, which, yes, I paid for, but at least they didn’t go to waste. I appreciated the good service today.

Good for office supplies, we all know that so what is left for review. The staff — ok most of them are helpful, look neat and pretend they are there for you. Ya right. But honestly everyone is always ready to help. There is always a sale for something there and that helps. Parking is big and well lighted in the evening.

I run a small office 1 mile from this store and have always found it convenient to shop here. Staff has always been very courteous and helpful.
Will not cross their threshold again as suddenly my checks are no good. Their reader would not read the check so they would not take it. The check is drawn on a local bank. Manager was rude and even went so far as to say if anyone went beyond the norm to get previous checks to read they shouldn’t have done so.
Returned to my office and called our local stationary store Stinsons and my supplies will be delivered to my door in the morning.
Sorry, this store that you could shoot a canon through and not hit anyone must be empty for good reason.

Went to buy 2 chairs and the staff including the Manager was a wast of time! They said they have 3 chairs in sock, but couldn’t find the other 2. Just left and ordered them online.

I get why this place gets the hate; it’s cavernous, nobody seems to work there, or care, and it feels like purgatory. However, when I asked for help I got it, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Good luck tracking down staff, but they do help when you eventually find them.

This is the second time I have come here needing a basic service (1st time was having a color file printed and today to have a stack of papers shredded). Both times, I have waited in line just to be told the machine I need is out of order. This is an office supply store and is therefore, UNACCEPTABLE!

This store was extremely poorly organized. The employees were down right rude, the selection of products was nearly non existent, and it seemed that most of the store was randomized. The irony in that this store is allegedly supposed to help you to become more organized. Reminded me more of an Office Max, but I only shop at Staples now. It USED to be Office Depot, but they lost me along the way from doing crap like this store and tripling their prices.
Do yourself a favor and shop ANYWHERE else, it will save you time, money, and hassle. Trust me on this!

Had to buy some stuff for work.
Just your everyday Office Supply store.
Nothing great on the service but then again I wasn’t expecting top level either.
Cashier was friendly and nice and ask if i found everything ok, which I did
