One Stop is a great place that is purely family owned. I have been using them for years now for my car. They are very honest in all of their pricing, you don’t run into all of the stupid extra fees that i had run into at other shops in the past. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a car in need. They are all highly honest people and will do everything they can to help your car. Their staff is all very friendly and in all my visits treat you with respect! better is they are fairly fast in getting the vehicle worked and back out to you. I am proud to say they are the best of the best in Bakersfield if not Kern County. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!!!

I called yesterday to find out the wait time as I live close by. The girl answering was nice enough; said she’d write my name down and to come in about 15 minutes that I should be taken right in. I had hopes. I get there, the girl left for lunch and it didn’t seem to matter with the other receptionist that my name was in. I waited 45 minutes and my car still wasn’t taken in. Meanwhile the two people in front if me were sold something in order for their car to pass. I ended up saying I needed to leave. Turned out there was only one technician and he was getting ready to retest the car he just had done with the new part. I explained it would have been nice if I had been given the correct information over the phone. I feel like I got out of there in the nick of time. Who knows how much money I would have been tried to be taken for. My car had just been serviced so they shouldn’t have found anything but …

I come here for all of my cars work they need done! They are quick easy and have a really nice staff. Plus cheap! I have had problems in the past with mechanics kind of blind siding you with extra fees and things of that sort but here they are very straight forward and tell you how it is. I doubt there is better anywhere in Bakersfield to get your car worked on. The White Lane store is personally my favorite though this is simply because its closest to me they have another one over off rosedale.
