Today was my third visit to Paragon Wireless. I’m set with an excellent Blu smartphone, a year’s service and very good tech support from Steve. In my self-centered world, my only complaint is my service isn’t automatic for the year. I have to call Steve monthly to have him add the prepaid service to the phone. But that’s not bad. Because my family’s cell phones in Bako often end up with people who aren’t family at the answering end. And they can be angry. So if I don’t call my account manager Steve each month, Le Bleu dies silently and I control its resurrection.
