PestX Bakersfield Termite & Pest Control

Went online and scheduled for a service. More than 3 business days passed, nobody replied or confirmed any scheduling.
Called in was told to wait until the following week for an appointment.
Would not use this company for bad and rude customer service. They think their fee is the lowest in the county.
I would not even give one lone star.

I have been told my house needs to be fumigated for termites and so I have been trying to get quotes from companies to do that work. This gentleman was highly recommended by another company who would not give a FREE quote. THE Pestex company just deals with termites so he is a specialist which I thought was more efficient and he did offer to come out and not charge me.
He showed up at the very end of a long very hot day, for which I was very appreciative, and I could tell he was very tired, but he just looked around for less than about 10 minutes and kind of shrugged his shoulders and told me to call somebody else that he couldn’t beat my first quote and there was no point in him spending any further time looking, and that was that.
I have mixed feelings on how to rate him because he showed up when he said he was going to and he told me the truth that he couldn’t beat the other company, but then again I have negative feelings of his cranky personality and that he didn’t spend very much time at my house at all checking for termites.
He told me to show him the other guy’s termite report (which I had not yet even received) if I still wanted a quote but he wasn’going to do the work to look himself. So those are the reasons I’m giving him only 2 stars. It has nothing to do with his actual work and I want to be fair about that.

We have been using Pest X for years and are very happy with the service we get! Trustworthy and they offer affordable pricing. We use Pest X for our residential and rental properties and do not have any pest problems. I also like that they are very knowledgable and answer all your questions .
