Kyle and his folks at PPI are great. They worked with my young athlete and taught a lot about proper mechanics and avoiding inhuries. The atmosphere is supportive and welcoming.

This place is awesome! I found PPI a few months ago after leaving 2 years of Bootcamp and wanting crossfit results (not knowing about all the injuries).
PPI is perfect. They have an adult athlete fit program that is different everyday and super challenging. I leave feeling stronger and accomplished. And my husband can already see a difference, yesssssss!
The class sizes are perfect, not over packed and everyone is super friendly, I never felt awkward once.
There is a small room for the kiddos to hangout while you workout which is amazing! (But it’s unsupervised, so bring entertainment)
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a SAFE killer workout. I love it here!
