This was my first time trying this place. Based on all of the other reviews for the different pizza companies, I figured this place was my best bet. It had the most positive reviews and my Unilocal friend gave it 5 stars so I had to try it out. I ordered for delivery, (large pepperoni and was recommended to try their chili verde potato wedges). Food arrived in 30minutes as promised. It wasn’t hot but it wasn’t cold either so I can’t complain about that. The pizza was really good. The chili verde potato wedges were different… very spicy and good flavor. I will update to 5 stars once I know their food quality and service is consistent. But as for those looking for a good place to have pizza delivered, try them out! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised in taste and quality! Ordered the pepperoni and a small chile verde just to try it out. Both had great taste. The dough & cheese where fresh, sauce was the right balance of zest and sweet, & the pepperoni was not at all too greasy. Chile verde pizza was, so far, the best I’ve had in town. Definitely has a pretty damn good kick. The meat and sauce are given in nice full portions that nicely cover the entire pie. Both my wife and I loved the pizza and highly recommend a try.

I want to poker’s pizza but a month ago I asked if I can bring in a diet soda because they didn’t sell it in there the gentleman told me that we couldn’t because he didn’t want to get in trouble by the owner but his photo was on the menu ridiculous if you don’t want us to bring it and you could have just said it in the stead of passing the buck

For a while now we have seen the Poker Pizza joint on Morning Drive. This past week we stopped, and found a nice surprise. It’s hard to talk pizza up but I’m going to give it a shot. East Bakersfield finally has something far better than Little Cesar’s. We were surprised by the freshness, the sauce was tasty. And the crust was «real» meaning I could hold the slice while hot and not have it slump back into my plate. It also does not have the texture of cardboard. The owner, very cool guy. I like that this is a family owned place on the East side.
So back to my Caesars comment, the value is great. Far better priced. Oh and the chicken wings are legit. Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed. This is now my go to East side spot.

Good solid pizza. Staying at a local hotel. So we always try to go local when we can. It was close to hotel. Most folks would stick with a chain. So glad we didn’t. The pizza was very good. And it was quick. We got carry out but they deliver. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Their pizza is deeeelicious! Its our go to pizza place and love that its so close to me AND free delivery! TONS of cheese and yummy crust. I’ve never ate there, always take out, but the place isn’t too big. Prices are extremely reasonable for being a locally owned place. The chile verde pizza is amazing but they are not joking when they say its spicy! Definitely a must try if you are in the area. They also have a store in McFarland.
